1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

When registering an account on napi4d, you agree to:

2. Maintain only one account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will be closed, and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.
3. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any third party.
4. Notify napi4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
5. Use your real name and personal details. Accounts registered under false information will be terminated.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

napi4d operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit the following documents for verification:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Payment method verification (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot, or cryptocurrency wallet address confirmation)

Verification typically takes 1-24 hours during business hours. Withdrawals may be delayed or restricted until verification is successfully completed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

napi4d accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri)
• E-wallet transfers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay)
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT, Bitcoin)

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50,000 (or equivalent in other currencies)
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name.
• napi4d does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes during banking hours. Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000 (or equivalent)
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and matching your verified identity.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 2-4 hours. VIP members enjoy priority processing.
• First-time withdrawal requests may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours.
• napi4d reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 or equivalent.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if wagering requirements have not been met or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

napi4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities, and accounts involved in money laundering will be permanently closed.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by napi4d are subject to the following conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria.

Any of the following actions will be considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, or permanent closure:

• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions
• Placing bets on both sides of an outcome (arbitrage betting) to meet wagering requirements
• Low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements

5. Sports Betting and Casino Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on napi4d are subject to the following:

• Bets are considered final once confirmed by the platform. napi4d is not responsible for user errors in bet selection or stake amount.
• In the event of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds, match information, or technical glitches), napi4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Settlement of sports bets is based on official results provided by the respective sports governing bodies.
• If a match is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets may be voided or settled according to the specific sport's rules.

5.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, slots, and live dealer tables operate under the following conditions:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer actions.
• napi4d does not influence or manipulate game results.
• In the event of technical malfunctions, all affected bets will be voided, and stakes returned to the player's account.
• Maximum bet limits apply during bonus wagering. Exceeding these limits may void bonus winnings.

• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect login credentials
• Financial losses incurred from betting or gaming activities
• Third-party payment processing delays or errors

In no event shall napi4d's total liability exceed the amount of your account balance or the value of your most recent deposit, whichever is lower.

9. Termination and Account Closure

napi4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if:

• You violate any of these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity
• You fail to provide required verification documents
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months)

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding voided bonuses or disputed funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which napi4d operates. Any disputes arising from your use of napi4d services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or legal proceedings in accordance with applicable law.
